Confirmed and suspected cases of new coronavirus 2019 have increased not only in China, but also in Iran and the world. The overwhelming demand for Covid-19 outbreaks has challenged both health care workers and the medical procurement system. Accordingly, this study was conducted to investigate the new coronavirus infection (2019-nCOV). Various articles on Covid-19 disease have been collected and translated. The results of this study include clinical explanation, diagnosis, causes and risk factors, diagnostic procedures, treatment, complication prediction, screening and prevention.
