موارد تایید شده و مشکوک بیماری کروناویروس جدید 2019 نه تنها در چین، بلکه در ایران و جهان نیز زیاد شده است. تقاضای بسیار زیاد برای کنترل جریان شیوع کووید-19، هم کارکنان مراقبت از سلامت و هم نظام تدارکات پزشکی را به چالش کشیده است. بر همین اساس این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عفونت کرونا ویروس جدید (2019-nCOV)  انجام گرفته است. مقالت مختلف در زمینه بیماری کووید-19 جمع ­آوری و ترجمه شده است. نتایج این پژوهش شامل توضیح بالینی، تشخیص بیماری، علل و عوامل خطر، رویه ­های تشخیص بیماری، درمان، پیش­ بینی عوارض، غربال‌گری و پیشگیری می­ شود.
