مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و رتبه­ بندی عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش نظام اطلاعات بیمارستان به روش فرایند تحلیل شبکه­ ای در بیمارستان اجرا شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه پرستاران (500 نفر) و کارکنان بخش فناوری اطلاعات (7 نفر) بیمارستان گلستان اهواز (ایران) بود که 217 نفر از پرستاران به روش تصادفی ساده و تمامی کارکنان کارکنان بخش فناوری اطلاعات (7 نفر) انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده­ ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی آن تأیید شده بود. برای تعیین پایایی آن از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که مقدار آن برای مرحله اول و دوم 793/0 و 819/0 برآورد گردید. در این پژوهش برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به کمک نرم­ افزار SPSS و اکسپرت چویس استفاده شد.     
نتایج: بر اساس تکنیک دلفی 4 عامل و 15 زیرعامل شناسایی شد. نتایج فرایند تحلیل شبکه­ای نشان داد از نظر اهمیت عامل تکنولوژی، انسانی، سازمانی و محیطی به ترتیب در رتبه اول تا چهارم قرار گرفتند.
نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می­توان از مدل تصمیم ­گیری حاصل از شناسایی و رتبه­ بندی عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش نظام اطلاعات بیمارستان به روش فرایند تحلیل شبکه ­ای در بیمارستان گلستان اهواز برای بهبود و ارتقاء جایگاه بیمارستان استفاده نمود.
